Statement on the transparent use of AI

We'd like you to know exactly what you're looking at on this website, so here is a plain account of where artificial intelligence (AI) has been used on it.
Where we use it
On our website we use images processed with artificial intelligence to visualise our product categories.
On the home page, in the "Every small thing, considered." section, the pieces in the photos are real - made by us - but the background behind them was generated with AI. Each of those photos carries an "AI-generated background" label in its top-left corner.
The short video that shows how the set planner works was also made with the help of AI.
What AI doesn't do
AI doesn't design or make anything we sell. Every piece is made by hand, by us, to your order - AI has only been used to present it on this website.
